Refund Policy

1. Overview

LotLens sells digital analysis credits and subscriptions. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handles billing, receipts and refunds on our behalf.

Because reports are generated instantly and delivered as a digital service, purchases are generally non-refundable once a credit has been used. The exceptions below always apply.

2. When you are entitled to a refund

You were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged for a plan you did not intend to buy.

A technical failure on our side prevented a report from being generated and the credit was still deducted.

You purchased credits and have not used any of them — unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

3. Used credits and completed reports

A credit is considered used once an analysis has been generated and delivered, since the cost of producing it has already been incurred. Used credits and completed reports are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Unlimited subscription

You can cancel the Unlimited plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through the form on our Contact page within 14 days of the charge, including the email used for the purchase and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
